I have been an artistic swimmer for 8 years and in this time, I've learned much more than the complex techniques required for this demanding sport. Working with my teammates towards achieving the same goal has taught me the glories of teamwork and persistence. I've worked with many different people and each has taught me something different. Through all the ups and downs of this journey, I thank my coaches for pushing me to the next level and my teammates for being determined, as I, to improve. Throughout my time as a competitive artistic swimmer, I have competed in 20+ provincial competitions and have placed top 5 in Ontario. As a current Junior artistic swimmer, I execute Olympic-level movements and hope to continue on my artistic swimming journey as I move on to university.
